As all of our products are specially prepared for your order, our bakers take great effort in preparing the ingredients and artwork. As such, cancellation of order is permitted under the following conditions:

 

7 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: 80% Refund
6 days – 4 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: 50% Refund
3 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: No Refund
