ONLINE ORDERING
Q: How do I order from DJ Bakery?
A: Currently only cakes and certain breads can be ordered online via our website. You may place an advance order within 30 days from the collection/delivery date. A minimum of 3 working days (excluding day of order and delivery) is required for all orders. Due to festive season, peak period or time slots, we strongly recommend all customers to place their order as early as possible.
For Baby Beginnings, a minimum order of 15 boxes, of the same type is required.
All orders will be processed from Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.00pm.
Q: Are your prices subject to GST?
A: All prices stated on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Q: How would I know if my order is confirmed at my specified date and time slot?
A: An order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided by you, confirming the details of your order. Please make sure to check the Spam or Junk Folder in your e‐mail if you have not received our order confirmation.
For orders with declined payment or pending payment status, kindly place a new order.
Q: What are the methods of payment available?
A: We do not accept cash on delivery and payment must be made online as the final step of the Checkout process using either Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. Please note that a PayPal account is not required for payment on PayPal - please continue to Guest Checkout for payment using a Credit/Debit Card.
An order is only considered completed once successful payment has been made.
