Q: Why do your cake appear different from the illustrations and photos?
A: Cake designs and general appearance are subject to slight variations and the availability of seasonal fruits and decorative accessories.
We will endeavour to re-design and to reflect as closely as possible to the spirit of the original design using replacement products. In all cases we will try to contact you to advise you of any such changes, however we reserve the right to replace these items without consultation.
Prices, terms and conditions, wordings and cake designs are subject to change without prior notice.

Q: How are your processing timing for each order like?
A: All orders made on Saturday, Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Q: Can I make alterations and changes to my order after it has been confirmed?
A: It is your responsibility to read and check the details of your order thoroughly; any requests to amend an order must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the specified delivery/collection time to enquiry@djbakery.com.sg. Please note that all alterations and changes of orders is subject to a $5 surcharge and will be accepted on a case-to-case basis.
Q: Can I customized my own cake?
A: We are more than willing to help you design your personalized cake hence you can email your photos and designs to enquiry@djbakery.com.sg and we will proceed to advice you better! Do note that we are unable to customized cake less than 1kg.
