DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Q: Do you deliver to all parts of Singapore?
A: Delivery service is currently only available within Singapore. Delivery to Sentosa Island and Tuas area has an additional surcharge of $10 on top of standard delivery fee.
Q: What are your delivery charges? (CONVID-19 SPECIAL DELIVERY CHARGES)
A: Free delivery service to ONE location is applicable with a minimum spending of $45 (excluding delivery charges, privileges e-voucher, promotion code and e-discounts).
Delivery Charges of $8 per order, per location is applicable for orders below $45 (excluding delivery charges, privileges e-voucher, promotion code and e-discounts).
Q: What are your delivery timing?
A: Please choose any 1 out of the 2 slots for delivery.

Should you require your item to be delivered at a specific time, please select Specific Timing Delivery Service which is chargeable at S$20.00. Kindly allow +/-30 minutes for this service. Do contact us at our hotline (65) 9680 9025 for this special arrangement.
While DJ Bakery endeavours to fulfil all deliveries, DJ Bakery shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
Q: Can I specify a delivery address and timing but change it afterwards?
A: As we provide Same Day and Next Day Delivery, we are generally unable to make any changes in the delivery address and timing once the order is confirmed. It is important that someone is at your delivery address to receive the cake. Where possible, we will try to accommodate any request to amend an order however this will be subject to a $10.00 amendment fee and availability of product(s) and delivery schedule.
Q: What will happen if the delivery is unsuccessful? i.e. No recipient at home/office?
A: Unfortunately, a second delivery is subjected to additional delivery charges. Re‐delivery charges of $9.90 (Next Day) and $12.90 (Same Day) will apply to all re-deliveries and are subject to driver availability.
DJ Bakery is not responsible for undelivered products due to the absence of the recipients or wrong address given.
Refusal of any item by the recipient will still considered as delivered and no refunds will be made. All orders must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediate upon delivery. There will be NO REFUND given for purchases made before confirmation with our staffs.
Q: Where do I make Self Collection?
A: Self-Collection is made available at all of our outlets after 10am daily. See here for the list of our stores.
Q: Can I change my order from delivery to self-pickup?
A: Yes, you can. Amendment requests have to be submitted in writing notice, (2) working days (*excluding Sat, Sun & PH) in advanced to: email@example.com. An administrative charge of S$10.70 (incl. of 7% GST) will be incurred. Kindly include order invoice number and full credit card details for processing.
